2010年VATTEN为了企业更好发展，将工厂整体搬迁至英国，德国保留公司销售及售后业务，随后VATTEN授权成立上海法登阀门有限公司，同年将VATTEN的组装与测试线迁至上海法登阀门，相应的销售及售后服务也陆续移交上海法登。
